Agreement to receive text messages
These SMS terms and conditions govern the text messaging services provided by GorillaBot Labs, LLC. By providing your mobile number and texting us first (for example, by sending the keyword WEBSITE to (913) 386-5963), you agree that GorillaBot Labs, LLC may send you SMS or MMS messages related to a conversation you started with us. That may include follow-up information, links to complete a short form, appointment reminders, and other messages tied to inbound sales or customer care conversations you initiated.
Opting in to receive text messages is voluntary. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it does not constitute acceptance of our general website terms or policies.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and our conversation with you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and billed according to your individual mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
- You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (913) 386-5963. You may receive a single confirmation message verifying your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless you text us again.

Carriers and delivery
United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and our service
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and to update your information with us when your number changes.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. Our SMS privacy policy describes how we handle that information.
Consent to receive text messages is collected separately from any acceptance of general terms of service or privacy policies on this website. Your authorization to receive SMS messages operates independently of any other business transactions with GorillaBot Labs, LLC.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we may change or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and with or without advance notice.
Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
GorillaBot Labs, LLC will never charge you for the text messages you receive through this program. Depending on your phone plan, your mobile provider may charge for SMS or data. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
